Super Sat G.RAM - Grass Roots Activity Medley 

Each event will see a medley of activities, we’ll cater for Racing Categories; Sprinters and Regularity enthusiasts with the possibility of General Practice Sessions too .

On offer to the
Racing Categories  (up to 3 categories per event) – $300
1 x 15 min Practice
1 x 15 min Qual
3 x Race

Sprinters & Regularity: – $300
1 x 15 min Practice
1 x 15 min Qual
4 x 15 minute sprints / regularities etc

General Practice:
Full Day 5 x 15 minute sessions – $200
AM only 3 x 15 minute sessions – $150

Licence Requirements:
Racing Categories
Drivers must hold:
A RACERS National Licence or
An Annual Clubman Licence and Motorsport Australia Competition Circuit Licence or

An Annual Clubman Licence and Australian Auto-Sport Alliance National Race Licence
All licences must be current and are to be presented at sign-on.
Sprints/Regularity
Clubman Racers Licence ($50 for the day, $95 for the year.)

Vehicle Requirements:

For Race Cars
Roll Protection, Harness, Oil Catch tank, Driver’s compartment fire proofing, Tail-shaft straps, 2 separate bonnet restraining systems, Rear vision mirrors, Rain lights (open wheelers only), 2 x throttle closing springs, Marker stickers, Mounted tow points.

Clothing Requirements:
For Racers
One piece overalls (SFI 3.2A/SFI 40.1 compliant), enclosed boots, socks, balaclava, gloves and a full faced helmet (SFI 41.1 compliant), HANS or FHR device compliant with SFI 38.1.

For Sprints/Regularity Drivers:
Long pants, Long sleeves and Enclosed shoes
Full face helmet that meets AUS/NZ safety standards

Other Requirements:
Driver Radio:
All activities will be conducted with the help of the raceciever driver radio system. These connect race control to all drivers for added safety and efficiency. If you do not have one of these radios, they are available for hire ($20) & purchase ($198) at the circuit on all days of the event. It is compulsory to have this radio with you at the drivers briefing to give you a run down on how they work and what you will hear during use.

Timing:
Lakeside uses the Westhold timing system, all on track activities will be timed if you don’t have a Westhold transponder, you can hire one from the sign-on container. The rental fee for is $20 or they can be purchased for $175.
